| Notes | A fixed fee of $330.00 including GST is charged for a first advice session (up to an hour, oral advice only). Standard conveyancing for a straight forward transaction using a standard Law Society Contract of Sale is $1,800.00 + GST and Disbursements. Simple Wills are offered at a fixed fee of $880.00 (including GST) for one person or $1100.00 (including GST) for a couple. For complex Wills or non-standard conveyancing, fees are charged on a time-spent basis or an estimate is provided upon consultation. GST is included for first advice and simple wills, but excluded (added on) for conveyancing. |
